The Company
We Krakin Networks are addressed throughout this document as The Company.
The Member
In this document 'The Member' relates to the businesses or individual that pay a monthly subscription to their group.
The Group
In this document 'The Group' references any group wihtin the network such as Krakin Canterbury.

A.1 Memberships
A.1 - The Member will sign up via go cardless for a monthly subscription to The Group at the set monthly fee for either as a standard member or Premium member, these prices are shown on the website.
A.2 - The Member Contract:

A.2.1 - By signing up as a member you agreed to pay the monthly fee for a minimum of 12 months.

After this 12 months you will enter a monthly rolling contract. During this period The Company will be in contact to ask if you would like to re-subscribe to a new 12-month period to keep the category control of your membership.
A.3 - Category control

The Member can only control The Group category whilst they are a paying monthly member of the group

If The Member fails to attend 3 of The Group meetings in a row without good reason the category control will be removed and other businesses in that category will be allowed to attend.
